Cancellation and Refund Policy


1. Subscription Cancellation

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team at [support@voltuswave.com].
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least [X] days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Once a subscription is canceled, access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
• Annual Subscription Refunds: If you cancel within 10 days of purchasing an annual plan, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any used portion and applicable processing fees.
• Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made until the trial ends. Once charged, the subscription follows the standard refund policy.
• Service Issues: If you experience technical difficulties or service disruptions, please contact us for assistance. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the issue is unresolved.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be provided for user-initiated cancellations beyond the stated refund window.
